Employee Assistance Programme

Confidential support, close at hand.

An Employee Assistance Programme gives your people access to confidential, professional support for personal or work-related challenges. At Sanguine, EAP is part of a wider wellbeing approach — so the patterns behind individual concerns can inform how the workplace supports everyone.

FAQs

Good to know.

How does an EAP work?

Your organisation provides access to the programme; employees then contact Sanguine directly and confidentially when they need support. We agree the scope and access details together during set-up.

Will the employer know who uses it?

No. Use of the EAP is confidential. Any reporting to the organisation is aggregated and anonymised, within standard professional limits around safety.

Can EAP be combined with other programmes?

Yes, and we'd encourage it. An EAP works best as part of a wider approach that also looks at workplace conditions.
